Fitness Suite/Gym
All those wanting to join the gym (whether this is a casual "pay as you go" or a monthly membership), must have a free gym induction with our fully qualified personal trainer. An induction will show you how to safely use all the gym equipment. To book a gym induction, please contact a member of The Venue.
You will also be required to complete a Health Commitment Statement prior to using the gym facilities.

*Seasonal bookings are defined as a minimum of 6 consecutive weeks pre-booked in advance for the same time slot.
**Any affiliated club who trains those under the age of 16
- Birthday Parties and Special Occasions also available.
- Casual Bookings can be made up to 7 days in advance and cancellations be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
- Seasonal Bookings must give 1 weeks notice of cancellation.
- The Venue reserves the right to charge full price for any bookings that are not cancelled in time.
- All prices shown are for 55mins with the exception of Squash which is 45mins.
Booking Information
Casual Hirer: If you wish to book the facilities on a one-off basis for a sporting activity, please get in touch with The Venue via phone, email or Facebook.
Seasonal Hirer: If you are part of a club/organisation or wish to bulk book the same slot each week (for a minimum of 6 weeks, we ask that you complete the "Seasonal Club/Organisation" booking form below and return to The Venue.
Social/one-off Events Hirer: If you wish to book the facilities for a party, social event or one-off event, we ask that you complete the "Private Function/Events" booking form below and return to The Venue.
